2型糖尿病并高脂血症60例的营养治疗

Nutritional therapy for 60 cases of diabetes type 2 complicated with hyperlipidemia

目的观察营养治疗对2型糖尿病并高脂血症的作用。方法观察2005年10月至2006年6月收住我院的2型糖尿病并高脂血症患者60例,严格控制饮食,观察饮食营养治疗前后的体质指数、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂水平的变化。结果血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂均较治疗前水平明显下降,有统计学意义(P<0.05);体质指数下降不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论严格控制饮食对2型糖尿病并高脂血症的治疗有明显作用。

Objective To study the effect of nutritional therapy for cases of type Ⅱ diabetes complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods 60 patients suffered from type Ⅱ diabetes complicated with hyperlipidemia in this hospital from October, 2005 to June, 2006 were studied. Having stringently controlled their diet, the changes in their Body Mass Index, blood glucose level, glycosylated haemoglobin level and blood lipid level were examined after adoption of nutritional therapy. Results The decrease in blood glucose level, glycosylated haemoglobin level and blood lipid level was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） , but the reduction in Body Mass Index was not significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Stringent control of diet has significant therapeutic effect in cases of type Ⅱ diabetes complicated with hyperlipidemia.
