摘要
目的分析医院临床护理人力资源配置和使用的现状。方法对我院387名护士的学历、职称及10个住院科室的床护比、床位使用率、护士人均每周工作总时数、月平均晚夜班数和年流失人数进行统计分析。结果护理人员整体素质较低、护理人力资源配置不足、护士流动性大,影响医院护理工作质量和发展。结论加强护士在职继续教育、科学合理配置护理人力资源、实施人性化管理是当前护理管理工作的重点。
Objective To analyze the current status of allocation and utilization of nursing human resources in this hospital. Methods lhe qualifications and titles of 387 nurses in this hospital and the ratio of beds to nurses in 10 sections, the utilization rate of beds, nurses per capita, total number of working hours per week, mean number of night shifts per month and nurses run - off per year were under statistical analysis. Restilts The low overall quality of nursing care and inadequate allocation of human resources and big mobility of nurses affect the quality of nursing care and development of the hospital. Conclusion Strengthening the continuing education of nurses on post, scientific and rational allocation of nursing human resources and implementation of humane management are main loci of current work on nursing management.
