汽车给人类以舒适和便捷等正面效应,同时,它也给人类带来交通事故等负面效应。当今世界,道路交通事故不仅威胁着人们的生命安全,而且还造成巨大的经济损失。从几个方面比较了各国的道路安全管理措施。
