摘要
利用3种不同的压降数学模型计算出真空滤油机工作时的压降值,并通过试验实际测量出真空分离室中的压降;计算结果表明:采用试验关联的压降模型、Kister关联图计算,结果较接近,两值都接近0;试验测量结果表明:塔顶与塔底的真空值都为2 500 Pa,所以应用金属波纹板填料于真空滤油机中并不存在压降问题。
Three different pressure drop models were used to calculate the value of metal corrugated packing pressure, which were measured in the vacuum separation room through the controlled experiment. The calculation result showed that the value of calculation was approximate to zero by using model of experiment correlative and Kister graph of the pressure drop. However, the value of pressure drop was bigger by using calculation model proposed by Wang Shuangcheng. The measuring result showed that the vacuum value of tower top and tower buttom Was all 2 500 Pa. So, there was no problem in metal corrugated packing pressure drop in vacuum oil filter.
