芜湖铁路地区嗜肺性军团菌1～8型自然感染状况的调查

A Survey of Status of Natural Infection with Negionella Pneumophila Serogroup Ⅰ￣Ⅷ in Wuhu Railway Area

目的了解芜湖铁路地区嗜肺性军团菌的自然感染情况及传播的季节性。方法用微量凝集试验（ＭＡＴ）检测抗体。结果芜湖铁路地区健康人群军团菌感染呈多型性，抗体在夏秋季升高，经过一个流行季节，人群抗体阳转率升高。

Objective To explore the status of natural infection with Legionella Pneumophila and its transmission seasonality in population of Wuhu railway area. Method A microscopic agglutination test was used. Results A polytypism of infection with L.Pneumophila was found in the healthy population of Wuhu railway area. Their level of antibody against L.Pneumophila rose in summer and autumn. The positive conversion rate of the antibody increased after an epidemic season. Conclusion The prevention and treatment of legionnaires' disease in summer were emphasized.
