摘要
教师专业化已经成为国际教师职业发展的重要趋势,当前《体育与健康课程标准》灵活性的增强,卸除了束缚中小学体育教师创造精神和创造才能的种种桎梏,同样,也给过去"运动技能取向"的体育教师专业化发展提出了更高的要求和更多的挑战.为此,体育教师在"运动技能"价值取向上的调整、在学科专业理论知识及其教学理念的实践运用等方面必须有所突破,体育教师的专业化水平才能有实质性的进展.
The "sports and health curriculum standards" to enhance the flexibility, creativity and ability to create a tie teachers to the various shackles similarly to the " movement skills orientation" professional development of teachers put new demands and new challenges. To that end, sports teachers in the "movement skills" values of adjustment, theoretical knowledge and professional disciplines in the teaching philosophy and practice must use breakthroughs, the professional level of teachers can be substantial.
