成骨不全致股骨骨折患儿的围手术期护理 被引量:4

摘要 总结12例成骨不全致股骨骨折患儿的围手术期护理。认为护理重点是术前做好患儿及其家长的心理护理,加强皮肤护理;术后做好一般护理外,加强石膏固定的护理,便秘和肺炎的预防和护理,指导功能锻炼,做好出院指导。12例患儿经精心护理均康复出院,其中5例摔倒再次骨折入院治疗,1例内固定松动移位行第2次手术。
