食醋具有减肥的作用,其可能机制是:食醋促进了三羧酸循环的顺利进行,减少了胰岛素的分泌,促进了皮质醇的分泌;食醋具有抗疲劳的功能,其可能机制是:食醋有助于乳酸和自由基的及时清除,可提高糖原的储备,保持运动中的高血糖浓度。这些功能对于耐力性运动项群和对体重要求严格的运动项群具有积极作用。
Research shows that vinegar has the function of reducing weight and the mechanism is likely to be that vinegar can promote TCA, reduce the secretion of INS and accelerate the secretion of COR. Vinegar also has the function of combating fatigue and its possible mechanism is that vinegar helps remove lactic acid and free radical promptly, promote the storage of glycogen and keep the density of blood sugar. These functions have positive effects on endurance event-group and weight-restrictive event-group.
