As network marketing is applied in the field of the economic trade more and more widely, clemand for the modern enterprises＇ network--marketing talented persons is increasing constantly. the author analysed the problems in the practical teaching in the course ＂Network Marketing＂ and cussed the tecching methods from the teaching contents system, the organizing pattern, the teac method, and the teaching materials construction, in order to meet the social demand of the talented sons.
