This paper points out that the educational administration in high schools, is closely related to the quality of teaching in high schools , and puts forward that to raise the level and efficiency of educational administration,the present situation should be changed. The creativity of thoughts , methods and systems , should be carried out to meet the demand of the development of modern education.
