知识产权法的出现和社会的发展使图书馆纳入知识产权管理成为必然。但图书馆的公共性质又使其在知识产权管理上存在着特殊性。图书馆应在许可范围内合理使用著作人的作品:数字图书馆可以通过与知识供应商签订使用合同来取得对知识产品的许可。图书馆可以利用合理规避对丈献资源进行合理使用。

With the social development and the appearance of the Intellectual property law, it＇s necessary to bring the library into line with Intellectual property management .But there are specific characteristics in intellectual property management of library because of the public nature of library. The library should use the workings of the authors rationally with their permission. The digital library can get the permission of using the international property through making contacts with the providers. Rational utilization of the documents can be achieved by evading the law reasonably.
