巍山县实施“降消”项目效果分析

Analysis of the "Reduce and Eliminate" Project in the County of Weishan

目的:降低孕产妇死亡率,消除新生儿破伤风。方法:制定"降低孕产妇死亡率和消除新生儿破伤风项目"实施方案,认真按方案组织实施。从2000年1月起到2006年12月止,已实施7年,项目成效显著。结果:全县孕产妇死亡率由1999年的126.94/10万下降到2006年的33.84/10万;住院分娩率由1999年的71.87%提高到2006年的85.08%;婴儿死亡率由1999年的29.20‰下降到2006年的17.60‰;新生儿破伤风发生率由1999年的0.03%下降到2006年的0.00%,从2000年起连续7年保持0.00%的水平。结论:这是各级政府重视、经费落实到位、各有关部门配合、各级人员共同努力的结果。

Objective： To reduce the mortality of puerpara and get rid of neonatal tetanus. Methods： The plan was designed to reduce the mortality of puerpara and eliminate the infection of neonatal tetanus （called ＂reduce and eliminate＂ project）, it was carried out for 7 years from January, 2000 to December, 2006. Good results were acquired. Result： Mortality of puerpara decreased from 126.94/100,000 in 1999 to 33.84/100,000 in 2006. Hospital child bearing increased from 87% in 1999 to 85,08% in 2006. Neonatal mortality decreased from 29.20%0 in 1999 to 17.60%o in 2006. The infection of neonatal tetanus decreased from 0.03% in 1999 to 0.00% in 2006, which was maintained for seven years, Conclusion： Good results were acquired because the government attached importance and allotted enough fund, and it was the result of the cooperation of related departments.
