摘要
目的探讨协议解除劳动合同职工的心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表对中原油田115名协议解除劳动合同职工的心理健康状况进行调查并与国内常模比较,对不同收入水平、文化程度、性别、年龄的调查结果进行对比分析。结果症状自评量表评分总均分、躯体化、强迫、焦虑、恐怖等因子分均显著高于国内常模(P均<0.01)。家庭月人均收入水平≤400元组总均分、躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对等因子分均显著高于>400元组;初中及以下文化程度组总均分、躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等因子分均显著高于高中及以上文化程度组(P均<0.05);女职工躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子分均显著高于男职工(P<0.01~0.05),人际关系、偏执因子分均显著低于男职工(P<0.05)。结论协议解除劳动合同职工存诸多的心理问题,收入水平低、文化程度低、女性等弱势群体应引起社会、政府、企业及心理工作者的倍加关注。
Objective To explore the mental health status of employees whose labor contracts terminated on an agreement. Methods Investigations were conducted with the Symptom Check-list 90(SCL-90) in 115 employees whose labor contracts terminated on an agreement and compared with domestic norm, and contrast analyses on different income and culture levels,gender and age made. Results The total,somatization,obsession,anxiety and phobia score of the SCL-90 were all significantly higher in them compared with norm(all P〈0.01). The total,somatization, interpersonal relationship sensitiveness,depression,anxiety and hostility score were all significantly higher in the family whose month per capita income ≤400 ¥ than 〉400 ¥ ; the total, somatization, interpersonal relationship sensitiveness, depression, anxiety and phobia score were all significantly higher in the employees with culture levels of junior high school and below than in ones with senior high school and above(all P〈0.05). Scores of somatization,depression,anxiety and phobia were significantly higher(P〈0.01~0.05) and those of interpersonal relationship and paranoia significantly lower(P〈0.05). Conclusion Employees whose labor contracts terminated on agreements have many psycho-problems. Disadvantaged groups such as persons with lower income and culture level and the female should be paid double attention to by society, governments, enterprise and psychoworkers.
