新时代背景下大学英语教学应注重翻译教学——以语法翻译法、交际教学法为参照点

On the Translation Teaching in College English Teaching in the New Era——From the Angle of Grammar-translation Method and Communicative Approach

翻译教学是大学英语教学的一个重要组成部分,从大学英语翻译教学的现状出发,以教学法的视角分析了翻译教学在大学英语教学中的不足和存在的问题,提出新时代背景下大学英语教学在加强听、说、读、写语言基本功训练的同时必须加强翻译教学,并从三个方面讨论了大学英语教学应加强翻译教学必要性。

Translation teaching is one of the main tasks of college English teaehing. This paper discusses the different attitude towards translation teaching from the angle of two teaching methods; points out the insufficiencies and problems of translation teaching and proposes strengthening translation teaching besides other basic skills in college English teaching in the new era.
