马克思主义世界观和方法论是我们党提出科学发展观的哲学依据。科学发展观从人类社会的永恒主题出发,揭示了发展在科学发展观中的首要地位;从社会的重要组成因素——人的角度出发,揭示了科学发展观的核心内涵;从社会发展的横断面和纵向发展出发,揭示了科学发展观的基本要求;从社会整体发展的角度出发,揭示了科学发展观的根本方法。我们只有从马克思主义哲学的高度来认识科学发展观,才能从根本上深入贯彻落实科学发展观。

Based on Marxist world outlook and methodology, our party puts forward its scientific lutlook on development. From the perspective of the eternity of human society, the principle role of development in it was discovered; from the perspective of human being, the chief element in the formation of society, its core was revealed; from the perspective of the transect and vertical section of social development, its essential demands were announced; from the perspective of holistic development of society, its fundamental method was delineated. Therefore, only by learning it from the perspective of Marxist philosophy, can we realize the in-depth implementation of scientific outlook on development.
