预诊分科对缓解急诊患者及其家属焦虑心理的影响

Influence on easing the anxiety of emergency patients and their families by pre-differential diagnosis

目的探讨预诊分科对缓解急诊患者及其家属焦虑心理的影响。方法通过对283例急诊就诊患者进行预诊分科,观察患者及其家属的焦虑心理是否得到一定的缓解。结果进行预诊分科后,引起其焦虑的一部分心理因素得到解决。结论预诊分科可减少护患矛盾,缓解护患紧张关系,提高护理服务质量。

Objective Differential diagnosis of pre-emergency patients to ease the anxiety of the families affected. Methods 283 cases of emergency treatment in patients with pre-consultation polyclinic, the observation of patients and their families whether or not they have a certain anxiety mitigation. Results Pre-up polyclinic, the anxiety caused part of its psychological factors to be resolved. Conclusion Pre-differential diagnosis can reduce nurse-patient conflicts, ease tensions between nurses and patients, and improve the quality of nursing service.
