Development of Microcontroller Based Negative Ionizer

本文提出一种AT89C2051单片机实现的空气负离子发生器。利用单片机软件产生20KHz间歇性脉冲信号,通过功放、升压、整流变换,输出-6KV左右的高压,加到碳纤维电极上,由空气电离效应产生所需的负离子。可通过手动按钮、遥控器或上位机设置工作时间及负离子释放浓度,通过两位数码管显示工作状态。本机既可独立使用,也可作为专业空气净化系统中受上位处理器控制的负离子发生模块。

This paper introduces a new kind of negative ionizer based on AT89C2051 microcontroller. The intermittent pulse signal with frequency 20KHz is generated by embedded software and then amplified by external power driving and voltage transforming circuit. The output -6KV high voltage is applied to the front end of the carbon fiber brush and negative ions are generated when air goes through the brush. The generator＇ s work duration and average density of the output ions could be seen on 2 digit seven-segment display panel and could be set with manual button,by remote control or through a PC. This ionizer could either be used independently or act as a function module controlled by the master controller in professional air purifiers.
