摘要
大型医用设备主机的故障远低于与其配套的辅助设备故障,而且有些主机故障现象其实也是由辅机故障而引发的。本文重点分析了辅助设备中供配电系统电源故障,主电源稳压电路故障,冷却装置故障,环境因素的干扰,以及温湿度对设备性能的影响,提出在大型设备故障率不断降低的情况下,医疗器械工程师或操作技师应加强对辅助设备的维护和保养,及时将对大型设备的维修转变为对整套设备的预防性维护,重视辅助设备的故障隐患,关注设备的电源、工作接地、安全接地及高频设备对仪器的影响。
The rate of main system malfunctions is far lower than that of its auxiliaries, and some malfunctions of the main system may he caused by those of its auxiliary parts.The essay mainly analysizes the malfunctions of the auxiliary parts.To ensure the normal operation of those large -sized medical equipments, and to reduce down the rate and elevate operation safety, special attention must be paid on concerning the equipment power supply, its functional grounding, safety grounding as well as interference caused by other radio frequency equipments, stressing on eliminating vulnerable and fault-causing elements in the main system and auxiliary parts.Preventive mainteinence is crucially important in guarantee for safe and efficient application of the system.
