摘要
总结该院2006～2008年以来实施电子病案出现的病案首页内容录入存在的问题,通过对问题出现的原因逐一分析,提出解决问题的可行性措施,为电子病案的进一步实施奠定基础,保证病案信息的准确性,完整性,科学性。
We concluded the existing problems of the front sheet of medical records during 2006-2008 since electronic medical records system was practiced. Feasible methods to solve the problems were proposed through analyzing the causes step by step. By which we provided firm basis for further use of the electronic medical records, guaranteeing the accuracy, integrity and scientific nature of record information.
