如何利用好丰富的文化资源来提升广西的"文化力",这是我们必须面对的问题。"南宁国际民歌艺术节"对广西的文化建起到了良好的推动作用,也为如何提升广西的"文化力"提供了宝贵的探索经验。要加强广西的文化建设、提升广西的"文化力"必须面向现代化的文化变迁,体现出一种文化的自觉;必须处理好文化价值与经济价值之间的关系;必须有文化体制的保障。

We cannot avoid such questions as how to promote Guangxi cultural strength through making full use of the region＇s abundant cultural resources. There is no doubt that the Nanning International Folk Songs Arts Festival has moved forward Guangxi cultural construction and provided valuable experience for how to promote Guangxi cultural strength. To do this, we must face the modernized cultural changes and develop a sense of cultural consciousness,to deal with the relationship between cultural values and economic values and to guarantee the cultural system.
