陕西地域禀赋差异明显,从产业分工优势出发,关中可依靠高新技术及其辐射作用率先发展,走产业结构优化升级发展模式;陕南立足绿色产业,走循环经济发展模式;陕北发挥能源优势,走节约能源、高效能源的可持续发展模式,实现三大区域错位与互补发展。
In shaanxi,different areas have various geographical features, from the industrial advantage of division of labour ,Guanzhong may rely on high new technology and its radiation role to develop first to develop industrial structural optimization upgrading pattern; southern Shaanxi based on green estate, forms circulating pattern of economic growth; northern Shaanxi exploits natural energy resources, to create economic pattern of sustainable development of energy and high efficient resources, realize 3 regional offseting and supplementary development.
