To push forward social fairness, a cardinal guarantee of pushing forward China＇s reforms in economic and political fields steadily, is an inner-essence request of socialism and a vital element in Setting up a Harmonious Society. In order to promote social fairness, China must develop the productive forces of society, optimize the policies and systems, strengthen the legal system and perfect the social security system.
