间质干细胞治疗系统性红斑狼疮的机制和应用 被引量:14

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是一种严重危害人类健康的自身免疫性疾病,发病机制不明。尽管近20年对SLE的早期诊断和治疗有了很大进步,患者10年生存率已达80%~90%,但对一些发病年龄轻、病情重的患者疗效仍不满意。
