This paper gives sufficient conditions for determining a complex square matrix to be a generalized diagonally dominant matrix and a complex square matrix＇s comparative matrix to be a nonsingular M-matrix. At the same time, a criteria method for non-generalized diagonal dominant matrices is given in this paper.
