摘要 骨质疏松症是截瘫患者众多常见并发症中一类不可忽视的并发症,具有渐进性和不显性,常常被人们所忽视。笔者从生活饮食习惯、药物治疗、物理治疗、动态监测等方面对骨质疏松的防治措施作一综述。 Osteoporosis, one of many common complications of paraplegia, can not be ignored. Because it is progressive and non-dominant, osteoporosis is often neglected. This article reviews the prevention and treatment measures of osteoporosis from life diet, medication, physical therapy, dynamic monitoring etc.
