摘要
为了对Superpave混合料在重载情况下的高温性能进行研究,通过对Sup—25、Sup—19和Sup—13进行在模拟重载条件下的APA试验,分析Superpave沥青混合料的压实斜率及空隙率对车辙深度的影响,以及加大成型压力和减少沥青用量与车辙深度的关系,结果表明Superpave混合料旋转压实过程中的压实特性与混合料的高温性能密切相关,重载车辆使路面车辙病害急剧产生,在Superpave路面应用中应考虑采用改性沥青,并采取"减少沥青用量、加强碾压"的措施。
In order to study the high temperature performance of Superpave asphalt mixture under heavy loads, through the APA rutting experiments of Sup-25 ,Sup-19 and Sup-13 in condition of simulating overload, analysis the effect of tamping slope and void on rut depth, research the relation of press strength/asphalt quantity and rut depth. The results indicate that the slope of mixture tamping curve has great effect on its high temperature performance, and heavy loads accelerate the rut damage of asphalt pavement. The modified asphalt should be taken in account in design and the measure of " reduce the quantity of asphalt and strengthen the compacting procedure" should be put into practice in construction.
