摘要 闪光对焊主要应用于金属棒材或板材断面之间的焊接,其焊接工艺具有其他焊接工艺无法比拟的优点。在此介绍的GAA100/500闪光焊机是由中国中铁宝桥股份有限公司从瑞士的H.A.SCHLATTER AG公司引进,采用先进的液压顶锻技术和晶闸管电压控制技术,整个焊接工艺过程由西门子PLC与H.A.SCHLATTER AG公司研发的SWAP06焊接控制器相互配合完成,焊接效率高,焊接电流大,应用于各种型式的钢轨的断面焊接,经过近六年在生产中的实际应用,充分体现了闪光对焊的焊接优点。着重介绍了闪光焊机的焊接过程以及电气控制原理。 As a kind of special resistance welding process, Flash-butt welding is advantaged with other welding processes and mainly applied for welding of large size section metal.The GAA 100/580 Flash-butt welder described herein is fabricated by H.A.SCALATYER AG from Switzerland and introduced by China Railway Turnout Bridge Inc.in 2002.With advanced hydraulic butt techniques and thyristor voltage control technologies,the entire welding process is carried out through controlling of Siemens PLC and Swap 06 controller,this welder has been apphed for welding positioned end-to-end of steel rail in production line for nearly six years with its high welding current and promoted efficiency.Based on the characteristics of GAA 100/580, the welding process and electrical control are described detailed in this paper.
