Systemic Induction on Statistical Conception

本文从分析统计的本质属性出发,根据统计广泛性特点,归纳广义统计和狭义统计的概念,建立"统计概念总系",力求能够包罗统计万象,体现统计全貌,使统计这一事物有一个总纲纪,为人们全面认识统计提供了一个新的视角。文中重点对政府统计纵向构成进行了分析和解读,解开人们在传统认识上的挽扣儿,这是正确理解政府统计构成的关键认识点,由此方能建立起统计概念体系。

According to universality characteristic of statistics, this paper analyzes the statistical essential attribute, sums up the concept of broad and narrow statistics, theorizes ＂the general statistical concepts system＂, embodies the statistic＇s panorama, makes the statistics have a general principles discipline, and provides people a new view to know the statistics comprehensively. Based on the traditional understanding of the statistical work and statistics, this paper sets up ＂a total statistical system＂, which is one of the two big concept branches of the narrow sense statistics system, and the other is ＂ the complete statistical discipline system＂ put forward by the professor Yang Can of Xiamen University, and both of them compose the narrow sense statistics conception system. This paper focuses on the analysis and interpretation of a longitudinal statistical conducted by government, makes people have new understanding which is different from the traditional understanding, this is the key awareness to a correct understanding of government statistics constitute, which is useful for the establishment of statistical conception system.
