以水杨酰胺为原料,经乙酰化、溴代、氨解、缩合和还原5步反应制得拉贝洛尔。反应条件温和,工艺稳定,其质量符合国家药品标准。
Labetalol was prepared from salicylic amide by five steps: acetylation, bromo-substitution, aminodegradation, condensation and reduction. This approach was stable and easy to control.
