乳酸合成丙交酯反应底物的水解处理 被引量:1

摘要 聚乳酸是可自然降解的新型环保材料,具有广阔的应用前景。间接法是合成高相对分子质量聚乳酸的主要途径,该法由乳酸经中间体丙交酯开环聚合生成聚乳酸。在合成丙交酯的过程中,会产生约占总量40%的副反应产物(反应底物),对丙交酯反应底物的合理处置,是聚乳酸产业化面临的诸多难题之一。在试验基础上,根据反应底物的特点,从物料比、温度和压力等方面讨论了反应底物水解处理的最适宜条件,以及水解产物循环利用所必须的预处理措施,开发出反应底物的水解工艺。反应底物可以循环利用,有效降低了聚乳酸的原料成本。 Polylactic acid (PLA) is widely used as a naturally biodegradable material. Ring-opening polymerization of intermediate lactide is the main path to synthesize high molecular weight PLA from lactic acid. In the production of lactide, 40% byproduct(oligomer) of the mass was obtained, so how to properly recycle the oligomer is one of the key steps in the industrialization of PLA. In this paper, based on the experiment and the feature of oligomer, the optimal condition of the hydrolysis of oligomer, such as mass ratio, temperature, pressure, was analysed and the pretreatment method to recycle hydrolitic compound was discussed. The hydrolysis process of oligomer was developed, so oligomer can be recycled and this can lower the cost of the production of PLA.
