Zn^(2+)对实验性糖尿病大鼠的降血糖作用 被引量:2

EFFECT OF Zn 2+ ADMINISTRATION ON HYPERGLYCEMIA IN EXPERIMENTAL DIABETIC RATS

摘要 使用四氧嘧啶诱发的糖尿病大鼠观察了Zn2+的降血糖效应。腹腔注射Zn2+(ZnCl2,120mg/kg)后1小时血糖即呈明显下降,2小时后下降速率加快,3小时内即可基本恢复正常血糖水平。口服Zn2+(ZnCl2,240mg/kg)后2小时内血糖呈明显下降,但不能降至正常水平,2小时后血糖下降不再显著。Zn2+降血糖的详细机制尚不十分明了,可能与其可促进葡萄糖向脂肪细胞转运并加速其转变成脂肪有关。 Administration of ZnCl 2 by intraperitoneal or oral may normalize blood glucose levels in alloxan-induced diabetic rats.After intraperitoneal ZnCl 2 injection (120ng/kg),the blood glucose level cut down obviously in an hour and returned to normal levels in three hours.The blood glucose levels dropped markedly,but not return to normal levels in two hours by oral ZnCl 2(240mg/kg).
