针对我省林业发展的奇特现象,找出制约我省林业发展的瓶颈,提出了加快我省林业发展并大力发展杨树丰产林的建议。

In the light of peculiar phenomena in the development of Shanxi forestry, this paper finds out the bottlenecks restricting the development of Shanxi forestry, and advances some suggestions on speeding up the development of Shanxi forestry espacially developing the high-yield forest of poplar.
