The paper introduces DS18B20YI, the one-line type digital temperature sensor＇s functional characteristics and the structural features, analyzes its working time sequence, and connecting with AT89C2051, puts forward the system structure, electric circuit of hardware interface and software design method of the digital temperature measuring equipment.
