摘要
以HCl为浸出剂,对赤泥中的铁采用酸浸工艺浸出,利用重铬酸钾滴定法对赤泥中的铁元素进行了测定;同时,在浸出液中通过滴加稀NaOH碱液沉淀出氢氧化铁,3小时陈化后,过滤,放入干燥箱中在110℃下烘干,接着在500℃下烧结,经水洗、烘干,采用X-射线衍射对水洗前后试样进行物相分析。结果表明:采用酸浸工艺能够较好地浸出铁元素;另外,在加NaOH生成氢氧化铁沉淀时发生了包藏现象,经水洗后,生成了几乎纯净的Fe2O3,铁的平均回收率大约达到89.36%。
The paper studied the condition of red mud's leaching by HCI, end determined the content of iron by potassium dichromate titration; The leachate which was leached with HCI from red mud was treated with a dilute caustic to precipitate ferric hydroxide; After 3 hours of aging, the precipitation was filtrated, dried at 110℃ in oven, calcined at 500℃in muffle furnace, washed with water and dried again, end we characterized the composition of sample before end after washing using X - ray diffraction. The result showed that the iron was adequately removed in the acid wash stage, however, there were a lot of sodium chloride in precipitation, end after washing in water, we recovered pure ferric oxide. The average recovery of iron is up to 89.36% or so.
