成渝“新特区”为中小企业发展创造机遇

国家批准重庆市和成都市设立全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区(与原经济特区相区别,被国内各界称为"新特区"),对成渝的中小企业来说,带来了重大的机遇。本文结合"新特区"设立的背景与目标,结合成渝实际情况,分析了"新特区"对于中小企业发展的意义,并提出了一些诚恳的建议。

The national rural - urban integrative reform area in Chengdu and Chongqing is approved by the government as a pilot region of a brand - new type, which has brought valueable chances to the small and medium - sized businesses in the two cities. Based on the background as well as the target and actual situation for the establishment of the ＂New Special Region＂, this article analyzes its significance for the development of those small and medium - sized businesses and puts forward some suggestions.
