摘要
全球知名的零售业例沃尔玛、家乐福等以连锁的方式大举进入中国市场,而目前我国连锁企业物流成本过高已经成为参与国际竞争的一个巨大障碍。本文从连锁物流活动的主要环节着手总结、分析了沃尔玛在连锁物流成本管理方面成功的经验及对我国连锁企业的启示,以期全面提升连锁企业的核心竞争力。
The world - famous retailers such as Wal - Mart and Carrifour have penetrated the Chinese market in the form of chain stores; and at the same time, the high cost in logistics has became a great holdback for our national chain stores to participate in the world wide competition. This article analyzes and sums up the successful experience of Wal - Mart's logistic cost management and points out its enlightment significance to our national companies, so as to upgrade the core competitiveness of the whole industry.
