摘要 高校学报界是期刊出版的特殊领域,但由于历史和体制的原因,在如今期刊市场的激烈竞争中其弊端也逐渐显露。本文从高校学报生存现状谈起,针对学报组织核心的编辑角色加以论述,认为高校学报编辑必须具备策划经营的市场理念。 University Journals, as a special media, play an important part in the academic exchanges and the strategy of 'the national rejuvenation by science and education". However, nowadays it has been lagged behind in the furious competition due to some historical and systematical reasons. This article starts from the actual status of University Journals and puts emphasis on the function of relevant editors, suggesting that those editors must put the concept of marketing in mind in order to promote the development of University Journals.
