高校学报特色栏目的创办基础是学校的科研水平与能力。特色栏目不能完全依靠外稿,不能脱离本校科研这个基础,否则栏目的特色将后续乏力。

The foundation for the promotion of characteristic columns of University Journals is closely connected with the scientific research level and capability of the university. It cannot be deviated from school＇s own research and merely supported by the papers outside; otherwise, it cannot keep its distinguishing features in the future.
