摘要
研究了在常压淤浆聚合条件下聚合温度对以1,3-二醇酯为内给电子体的BCND催化剂的丙烯聚合动力学行为的影响,并与目前工业生产装置上常用的几种以邻苯二甲酸酯为内给电子体的丙烯聚合催化剂进行了比较。实验结果表明,丙烯低温(10~20℃)聚合时,不同催化剂催化丙烯聚合的动力学行为近似,随聚合温度的升高,聚合反应速率增加,与N催化剂和YS-842催化剂相比,BCND催化剂的丙烯聚合活性受聚合温度的影响较小;丙烯在较高温度(70~90℃)聚合时,随聚合温度的升高,BCND催化剂活性中心的衰减速率加快,聚合反应速率下降,但与参比催化剂相比,BCND催化剂催化丙烯聚合的反应速率仍为最大。
At atmospheric pressure and slurry propylene polymerization conditions, effect of polymerization temperature on kinetic behavior of propylene polymerization with BCND catalyst using 1,3-diol dibenzoate as internal donors was investigated, and was compared with three kinds of conventional industrial Ziegler-Natta catalyst with phthalate as internal donors. The results show that in the temperature range from 10 ℃ to 20 ℃, the kinetic behavior of BCND catalyst is similar to the reference catalysts, and with increase of polymerization temperature, polymerization reaction rate increases, but effect of polymerization temperature on BCND catalyst activity is less obvious than these on N catalysts and YS-842 catalysts. When propylene polymerization in temperature range from 70 ℃ to 90 ℃, with polymerization temperature increase, decay of BCND catalyst activity center accelerates and the reaction rate of polymerization decreases, but reaction rate of polymerization is higher than the reference catalysts.
