局部晚期乳癌新辅助化疗(附5例临床报告)

对5例局部晚期不能根治切除的乳癌(T_4N_2M_0/T_4N_2M_1),根据体外药物敏感试验结果,进行化疗,5例病人化疗均有效(CR 1例,PR 4例),原发病灶由T_4降为T_2,转移灶缩小或消失,使不能手术的乳癌变成可以手术切除,从而提高治疗效果。在肿瘤个体化治疗方面作了有益的尝试。

Five inoperable local advanced breast cancer patients (T4N2M0/T4N2M1) , recieved neoadjuvant chemotherapy directed by chemsensitivity assay in vitro. All of them got response, 1 of them got complete response, the others got partial response. The primary tumor stage down to T2 from T4, the metastasis site become smaller or disappeared, all the patients became operable. It's a effective try for indivdual cancer chemotherapy.
