摘要
目的了解护理专业本科生实验课学习的影响因素,提高护理实验教学效果。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对延安大学医学院护理系125名护理本科生进行实验课学习影响因素调查。结果97.6%的护生认为影响实验课学习的主要因素是实验室条件,其次是教师因素(93.6%)、学生因素(85.6%),认为环境和专业对实验课学习影响不大。在专科设置、教师临床实践经验、教学管理能力、学生个性特点及家庭条件等影响因素中,不同年级护生认识上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论影响护理本科生实验课学习的因素是多源的,不同年级护生对实验课学习影响因素的认识有差异。应有针对性地消除实验课学习的影响因素,提高护生实验课学习积极性,改善护理实验教学质量。
Objective To explore the influential factors of experimental classes for nursing undergraduates in a university so as to increase the teaching effect of nursing experiments. Methods A self-designed questionnaire were applied to investigate the influential factors of experimental classes among 125 nursing undergraduates of the nursing department of Yan'an University. Results 97.6% of the students thought the major influential factor was the condition for experimental classes, followed by the factor of teachers (93.6%) and the factor of students (85.6%), the learning environment and major had nothing to do with the experimental class. The difference was significant in the recognition of the students from different grades in respect of special courses design, teacher's experience in clinical practice, ability of teaching administration, individual personalities and family conditions (P〈0.05). Conclusion There are multi-factors influencing the experimental classes for the nursing undergraduates. The differences vary with their different grades. Therefore, the influential factors should be alleviated so as to increase student's incentive and better the teaching quality.
