摘要
目的探讨不同临床教学模式对护理大专生培养效果的差异。方法将同期入学的护理大专生随机分为对照组和试验组,分别对两组大专生采用常规教学模式和在校学习与临床实习交叉教学模式,并在学习结束时,对其理论知识、实践能力等进行分析与评价。结果两组学生在专业课考试成绩,临床学习态度,以及带教老师对其综合素质评价方面差异均有统计学意义。结论在高等护理教育专科生培养中专业课的学习宜实行在校学习与临床实习交叉进行的模式。
Objective To explore the effect of different clinical teaching modes on the training of three-year-course nursing students. Methods The three-year-course nursing students enrolled at the same year were randomized into control and experimental groups, where different clinical teaching modes were adopted. At the end of course, their theoretical knowledge and practical ability were examined and evaluated. Results There were significant differences in examinations of the professional courses, clinical learning attitude, and the evaluation of teachers over their comprehensive quality. Conclusion In the training of three-year-course nursing students, the cross-teaching mode of taking classes at school and clinical practice at hospital is worth advocating.
