摘要
为了研究枸杞对应激损伤的保护作用,将90名参加夏季军训的战士分为3组:训练组、训练服枸杞组、对照组。结果训练组与对照组比较,丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。训练服枸杞组与对照组比较,MDA略有升高(P>0.05),SOD升高极为显著(P<0.001)。表明宁夏枸杞具有提高人体SOD活性,对应激损伤有一定保护作用。使枸杞强化于食品中,军用或民用均有一定实用价值。
To study the protective effect of lycium chiness upon the stress injury,90 soliders taking military training were divided into 3 groups:1 the training group,2 the training group with intake of lycium chiness,3 the control group.The results indicated that MDA.SOD of the training group were much higher than that of the control group (P<0.05,P<0.01),while MDA of the training group with intake was lightly higher than that of the control group (P>0.05,but SOD was of obvious increase (P<0.001).The data suggest that Ning Xia lycium chiness can improve SOD activity and has certainly the protective effect on stress injury.Lycium chiness has some practical value on strengchening food products for both military purpose and civilian purpose.
