摘要 以模拟染料废水为研究对象,实验主要研究的影响因素有铁屑投加量、pH值和反应时间等。结果表明处理效果随着铁屑投加量和反应时间的增加而提高,随pH值的升高而下降。最佳条件下废水的脱色率达到95%以上,COD的去除率也可达到73%左右。此法成本低廉,处理效果好。 In this paper the simulative dyeing wastewater is regarded as the research object, to conduct study mainly on the affecting parameters, such as scrap iron addition, solution pH and contact time. The results show that the treatment efficiency improves with the increase of the scrap iron addition and contact time and decreases with the increase of pH. In the optimal condition, the decolorization efficiency can reach above 95% and also the re.oval rate of COD can reach 73% or so. The process is effective and with low cost.
