摘要
柳州市工业循环经济工作初见端倪,但在发展的进程中也暴露出生产方式粗放,企业缺乏联系等一系列问题。柳州应从本市实际出发,通过加强宣传与信息交流,努力探索"生态产业链"建设,大力推广应用循环经济技术,逐步完善相关法规等措施,推进工业循环经济的发展。
In the development of Liuzhou industrial recychng economy, there exist some problems, such as extensive production mode, lack of connection between enterprises, and so on. Liuzhou industrial recycling economy should be developed by considering local actual situation, strengthening dissemination and information exchange, exploring the consta-uction of ＂ecological industry chain＂, largely promoting the applicative recycling economic technology and gradually perfecting the related laws and regulations.
