摘要 针对块根状蔬菜形状复杂、尺寸不同的特点,研制了一种多功能蔬菜加工机。该机采用双皮带输送、悬浮式夹紧。采用电磁调速电机,实现了无级变速,适应加工各种形状的蔬菜,省去了复杂的变速机构,降低了设备的生产成本。采用更换切刀和部分零件,即可加工各种异型块根状蔬菜。该机的多功能化,取代了部分功能单一,价格昂贵的进口机械。 According to the characteristic of root vegetable with complex shape and not same size, one kind of muti -function vegetable cutting machine have been developed. The vegetable was transported by two belts and cliped with suspension type in this machine. With the electromagnetism generator, the stepless speed change is realized, for that suit to process the vegetable of various shapes, the complex shift institution has been saved, and the production cost of equipment was reduced. The various different form root tuber of vegetables were cut by changing cutting tool and some parts. This mutifunctional machine has replaced the partial import machineries with unitary function and expensive price.
