摘要
采用陶瓷胶态注射成型工艺及装备,成功制备了壁厚1.0mm,直径47.6mm,长度300~500mm的臭氧发生器用、性能优异的大尺寸陶瓷薄壁管,用该薄壁管装配臭氧发生器,臭氧产生效率达170g/kW h,起晕电压从通常的4000~10000V降低至约1000V左右,为臭氧发生器的安全运行提供了有利条件;对臭氧发生器的低压起晕原理进行了分析。
The thin-wall rutile ceramic tube with high proferences was prepared by colloidal injection moulding of ceramics. The processing parameters of forming and sintering were detemined in this research. The obtained tubes were 300 - 500mm in length, 47.6mm in inner diameter and their wall was 1. 0mm thick. These tubes were applied as the dielectric body in the ozone generator, in which the ozone yield efficiency attained 170g/kWh and the ozone concentration approached about 50mg/L. Due to the particular microstmcture of TiO2, the corona voltage the ozone generator was markedly reduced from 4000-10000V to 1000V, making it work more safely and cost-effective.
