摘要
羟基磷灰石骨水泥(HAC)的化学成分与人体骨组织的主要成分羟基磷灰石(HA)极为相似,在骨填充材料方面获得成功应用,但HAC结构稳定性高,植入生物体内长期不容易降解,作为骨组织工程修复材料使用受到限制。本文将HAC与锶、可降解生物纤维复合、调节钙磷比例、使HAC碳酸化以及改变固化液等提高HAC降解性的途径作出归纳,并就HAC降解性研究存在的问题和应用前景作出展望。
The chemical composition of composition of bone organization, it has hydroxyl apatite cement been used successfully as (HAC) is very similar with the main a bone filling material, but it has high structural stability , so it is not easy to degrade for a long time after implantation into biological body, this shortcoming limits its application in bone tissue project. This paper will summarize the ways of improving HAC degradation , including its compoundment with strontium and biodegradable fiber, regulatation of calcium and phosphorus ratio, being carbonated and changing the composition of liquid, and the prospects of problems existing in HAC research and application will also be refered to.
