摘要
本文综述了碳化硼抗弹陶瓷材料的发展和研究现状。碳化硼陶瓷具有高硬度、高熔点和低密度的特点,是优异的结构陶瓷,在民用、宇航和军事等领域都得到了重要应用。重点介绍了自蔓延高温合成法(SHS),碳管炉、电弧炉碳热还原法,激光化学气相反应法,溶胶-凝胶碳热还原法等合成碳化硼粉末和制备碳化硼陶瓷的研究进展。
The development and research status of boron carbides for the Bulletproof Ceramic were summarized in this article. Boron carbide ceramics are excellent structural materials which have important applications in the civil, aero and military fields, owing to the properties of high hardness, high melting, point and low density . The synthesis methods of boron carbide powder including self-propagation high temperature synthesis, carbothermal reduction process using carbon tubefurnace, laser induced chemical vapor deposition and sol-gel carbothermal reduction route. The present research situation and development on the preparation of boron carbide materials were also reviewed.
