摘要
采用晶体与非晶态硅质原料,与氧化钙在高压釜中进行动态水热反应,合成晶须状硬硅钙石晶体,研究合成温度,保温时间等工艺参数对最终结晶产物的影响,并使用XRD、SEM对水热合成的产物进行分析。
The study compared the xonotlite synthesized by crystal silicon and amorphous silicon mixed with calcium oxide and treated in the sealed steel alloy autoclaves, the synthesize temperature and time were studied. The phase composition of the samples was examined by XRD. The microstructure was observed with the SEM.
